Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the European Union and selected international destinations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days
  • Baltic States: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Shipping Information

SORÉN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business daysof delivery at info@sorenbrand.eu.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
